What is the meaining of the following statement?

It means OWU wants to reach out even more than it has before! As a university, we plan to take the heart of the 4 P's: the Primacy of Jesus Christ, the Priority of Scripture, the Pursuit of Truth and the Practice of Wisdom beyond the classroom and beyond the chapel experience.

The Institute is to be the living academic heart of the fully restored, historic La Quinta Mansion on the OWU campus, sponsoring research and events on social philosophy, public policy and Christian ethics. ~ Institute prospectus by Dr. Graham Walker

The vision is to project the biblical view of objective truth by inviting Christian scholars to visit or live among us for weeks or even a semester at a time. From the heart of our physical campus – La Quinta Mansion – we plan to project the heart of the message of "a university where Jesus is Lord" to the world by developing a speakers bureau of OWU faculty and others!

What better place is there to be than at OWU with her 4 P's!
